You can request a return under the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.
• All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
• Return request must be placed within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be shipped back to us within 3 days after the return request is approved.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Innerwear, lingerie, and nightwear
• Socks
• Accessories (caps, hats, jewelry, etc.)
• Sale/discounted merchandise
• Customized or personalized products

1. Submit a return request through our website or customer support.
2. Our team will review your request and approve it if eligible.
3. You will receive instructions and the return address.
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us via a trusted courier service.
5. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund or exchange will be processed.

Refunds will be initiated only after the returned item passes our quality check.

Refunds will be issued in one of the following forms:

• Store Credit (fastest option)
• Bank Transfer / UPI Refund (takes 3–7 business days)

Note:
Shipping charges, COD charges, and convenience fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size/color is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.

• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
